Portelan — Pricing

Portelan is a customer-data platform and identity resolution service; pricing scales by monthly tracked identities with three tiers and usage-based data-warehouse-sync charges.

Developer plan

The Developer plan is free and includes up to 10,000 monthly tracked identities, a single source connection, a single destination connection, and 7-day event history. The plan is not eligible for phone or email support beyond a public community forum. Developer-plan sources may not include production e-commerce platforms; attempted Shopify or BigCommerce live-store connections are blocked automatically.

Core plan

Core is $460 per month, billed annually, and includes 100,000 monthly tracked identities. Each additional 10,000 identities cost $38 per month, prorated daily. Core supports up to 25 sources and 25 destinations. Includes webhook destinations, reverse-ETL into Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Redshift, plus 60-day event history and seven named SAML identity providers.

Scale plan

Scale is custom-priced, starting at $6,800 per month and committed annually. It removes the 25-source/25-destination cap, extends event history to 18 months, and adds identity-resolution features such as deterministic-and-probabilistic merge rules, household clustering, and consent-record audit trails. Scale includes one named solutions architect for the first three months of onboarding at no extra charge.

Data warehouse sync

Beyond the identity charge, warehouse syncs are billed per 1 million rows materialized in the destination at $0.60 per million on Core and $0.45 per million on Scale. Developer-plan warehouse syncs are capped at 1 million rows per month total across all destinations and are not eligible for rate overages; additional rows are dropped with a console warning.
